So, how many people do all these hairs belong to? How many people is Feldman implying have been in the MH? If they had only tested for whom these hairs belonged, we could tell if it was one person or 20. Sounds like Grand Central Station since they didn't test for a number.

Audio on connection is a wee bit distorted, but I thought I heard her confirm a couple of times that she was only looking for hairs that matched Danielle (as per brush sample?).

If there is evidence that Brenda may have been in the DW MH, it should be no surprise that a few Danielle hairs might also be there.

Wonder if DW will testify? So far, there is no reason he shouyld testify.

SDPD was only looking for evidence to link David to Danielle. That's why the other stuff wasn't sent out for testing.

Also, might all this traffic indicate the possiblity of peekers, snoopers, curiosity seekers as well? Looking at DW's original statement to police the Monday he came back from his desert trip, he indicated a little girl who may have been Danielle (said he didn't know--he wouldn't have been able to pick her out of a crowd of ten, or even five, kids), was peeking in his motorhome as he loaded it. He came out of his house, he said, saw a little girl looking in his MH, said "Oh, hello there!" and she ran off.

Speculation: If there were little kids who entered the MH, perhaps when Danielle L. and her mother were living in it, or while it was left open and unattended while he loaded/unloaded on various occasions, who knows if Danielle VD may have been among them? The point is, there are a whole bunch of very different hairs in there, and "there is no way of knowing how long they have been there."

Don't worry about the un-tested hair, the prosucution is not going to implicate BVD in the motorhome. When its turned over to the defence then if the hair belongs to BVD or is simular too her hair that will be brought out at that time.

Ah, but she didn't even know "Dave." ("Hi, Dave!" wink, wave!) So BVD's hair couldn't POSSIBLY be in his MH.
