No, the reason it is repeated so often is that the absolute denial of Israeli partisans is so transparently false curiosity is piqued. When people scurry down the Identity Politics rathole and start charging "antisemitism" you know something is there.
America was brutally attacked and these Israelis did not cooperate fully with US law enforcement. That tells you all you need to know there.
Trying to disparage the lady who saw the Israelis smiling is pathetic. She had zero motive to make that up. She had no idea who they were when she called the police. She should be praised for being observant and not afraid to get involved.
But you want us to believe she is not credible and the 5 Israelis who hightailed it out of the country leaving behind a going business are credible.
And 5 Israelis "laughed" on 9-11 (maybe) THOUSANDS of Arabs laughed, celebrated etc.
Indeed, if they actually did so, I would support stoning them to death. However, all we have here is a report from a woman ("Maria, who asked us not to use her last name") watching them from a distance through binoculars, saying it looked like they were "happy", which is not as straightforward as the TV footage of dancing Arabs we were treated to.
Perhaps we should have a look at the video they shot. That would provide a very clear idea of what they were saying and how they were behaving. But then, we might risk have our opinions clouded by actual facts, which are conspicuously hard to find in this article.

Neither did the Israeli spies that here in the USA posing as " art" students".
And America needs to defend herself against the Fifth Columnists among her own citizens, some of whom call themselves "conservatives," or claim to support America First.
Thanks. The grassy knoll update.
Grassy knoll stuff.?Then why have the following outlets published the story:
Not only are you an anti-Semite, but you are such a notorious Jew-hater that I find it laughable that you would try legal imtimidation -- but then so did your buddy, David Irving. For you to sue anyone for defamation for having identified you as an anti-Semite, would be on a par with Irving's lawsuit, not to mention Oscar Wilde's defamation lawsuit against the man who ientified him as a homosexual. And we know how those suits turned out.
I don't get you -- you hate Jews, but you don't want anyone pointing out the obvious. Meanwhile, while you demand delicate restraint from your critics, you publish Nazi conspiracy rants against the Jews.
My calling you an anti-Semite is the least of what I'd like to say to you, because JimRob or the Moderator would delete my post for obscenity, but based on your legally baseless attempt to silence me, I don't think they'll have a problem with these additions: punk, thug, coward, bully, despicable rat ... (I won't call you a dog, because I love dogs.) I'll let you know if any other printable terms come to mind.
And you fancy yourself a journalist ...
That causes people to suspect the worst. I have no idea what the real story is behind this. Something strange occurred. If they were Mossad and were trailing radical Muslims in America, why not just say so from the start? I think they would have been applauded for it with only minor tsk-tsking about spying in the USA.
But they act guilty. That is what keeps this going.
All of the Jersey City's 200,000 residents "knew to be in the right spot" -- so why aren't they all "suspects"? Oh, I get it -- the rest aren't Jews!
Now you say the Jews are responsible for the anthrax attacks too. And the evidence "most people fail to grasp" would be what? Oh -- I get it -- the fact that the Jews are responsible for everything!
"Die Juden sind unser Unglueck."
