"Little kids were coming in and saying 'I don't like it.' [The] children weren't feeling good about it," Samarge said.

Take the ones that say "I don't like it" and make them senators.

How about those sports games with no scores?

I distinctly remember playing touch football with girls in junior high pe where a girl scoring a td would be awarded twice as many points as a boy, and this was only 15 years ago.

A Santa Monica elementary school has banned the game of tag, once synonymous with youth and innocence, because they say it creates self-esteem issues among weaker and slower children.

Keep tag, ban self-esteem. After all they keep trying to hand it to the kids instead of making them earn it. They just don't get it!

"So she can sue the school?"

No, goofey. I saw this on Brit Humme's show last night. She wants her kid to know it's okay to fall down and skin your knee. It happens... She doesn't want the tag police ruining her kid's childhood.

I'll bet there is still a lot of other crap going on there, just like there was when I was I was a kid. Remember gym class? What the hell was with the sick fool who decided square dancing needed to be part of phys ed? A game of tag burned a lot more calories than doing the do-cee-do.

The second letter cited safety concerns, not issues of self-image, to justify the tag ban.

"Safety concerns" must be why they have no problem advocating homosexuality in elementary schools.

"...weaker and slower children..."?

Maybe they have a point here. Weak and slow children grow up to be weak and slow public school teachers.
