I don't know why the Kuwaities did this to him. It could be Arabs are tired giving him all the money, giving money to the PA is like throwing it into a bottemless pit. They can't be bothered to make something out of their country, they rather have kids, have them martyred and cash in 25 to 30 grand + what the Saudis and others thrown in.

Well. Since Arafat presents himself as such a devout Muslim, it shouldn't be a problem that Sharia dictates that his hand be cut off as punishment for his theft. In Riyadh's "chop-chop square" they used to do this sort of thing right after mid-day prayers. I assume they do the same in the West Bank somewhere. I'll bring the popcorn.
