Perhaps a clue here, John. Remember that DW gave Brenda his card? Could Brenda have given that card with DW's phone number to Barbara Easton?
Just a new thought as to how Barbara might have DW's phone number...

CTV is replaying BVD's testimony....
DW said to tell her friends she has a rich neighbor to introduce them to.....
If you had a body inadvertently being needed to be stashed, why not your rich neighbor who you don't particularly like. Even if he gets away with it, you can still sue a la OJ for civil damages. Did DW set himself up as a stooge while he was buying Girl Scout cookies?

The original PH testimony was for Adult parties only.

"almost as if BVD was planting the seed of doubt about Barb....to discredit her testimony when called...."
A very good point!
What is Barb going to say? I can't wait to find out.

Why didn't the tt driver tell Keene when first contacted that the other MH was yards away?..the four wheelers were yards away?...that a motorcyclist was the one that came and got him?.....sounds like a really remote spot to dump a body and it verified what DW had said to Keene originally.

So another change in BVD's testimony....surprise surprise....needed to reinforce that pedophile motive!!
My distrust of the VD's and everyone surrounding them has nothing to do w/their sex lives or pot.....it is the constant lies and changed stories!!

You mean to tell me that Danielle... No, I don't "mean to tell" you anything! Since you bring up that statement by Dusek, I will now comment. I took it to mean that the police, ala the allegations in the OJ case, did not have forensic material in their possession that they could "plant".
To: Rheo
And another thing.....we are supposed to surmise from the voice the tt driver heard, that little Danielle was in there, able to speak...yet DW, per the tt drivers testimony...had the MH door open at least 3 seperate times while doing the hydraulics....right!

Re: the wallet and whether he ever found it or not. One possibility is he never lost it to begin with. I am glad you mentioned his gas trips and using his credit card. While it is not uncommon to carry credit cards and cash separately, it also is not uncommon for a person to have only one wallet to keep track of.

The original PH testimony was for Adult parties only. This testimony is not PH, this is Trial.

So, BVD just happened to remember from the time she testified under oath at the PH to under oath at the trial that children were involved in DW's conversation to her??....this is what I mean...how can anything this woman says be construed as the truth?....I can understand getting a time or date wrong..a little detail....but you testify at a PH, against a man who is a alleged pedophile, that raped and killed your daughter and dumped her poor little body along side a road and you forget to mention this "little" tidbit??
You in my post does not mean you specifically...just ranting generally...:-)

Since Brenda can't remember from one 5 minute period to the next....
In the PH she testified only about the Adult parties. Also that she went home and called Damon to ask him what an adult party was. The trial was the first time she mentioned a bbq with kids.

Yes, in one testimony she said she called Damon to ask what he could of meant by adult party......under crssexm..she admitted she didn't ask Damon what an adult party was...just that they discussed it...who knows what they really discussed...may not matter, but DVD now has become aware that DW has an interest in possible sexual experimentation.....curious as to if the CD's found in DW's office, that were not dusted for prints, are the source of the 100 questionable pics.

I'm not sure then which they used, could have been "dummies". They played games and wasn't supposed to be any live ammo. No one,at least on our side of the family, ever knew how that came about. We went to the home of this family(WV.) very wierd, reminded me of "Deliverence" cast. Grown men, playing "shoot out" with real guns.

BvD allusions to DW comments about adult/family b-b-qs, is something the defense has not discounted, something witnesses have not testified to-- I hoped the defense might address this-- but their avoidence of it thus far, is only speculation that if such occurred, it could be pretty damaging to their case. I'm betting against BvD's decision on not knowing if she should tear up the cards, because she thought it might be rude. I'd have run from that house as fast as I could, and warned the neighbors. Something is NOT right here.
To: let freedom sing
Something is NOT right here.A big AMEN to that!!
In PH testimony..BVD stated she was cleaning up kitchen when the gals arrived...DVD said she was in the shower and he let them in...now at trial..BVD states she and Danielle went out and hid behind the truck and scared the gals..just like Denise testified....which is it??pick a story and stick to it!!...geez

"Needs to setup aliby to show he's not been in desert. Drive to beach away from desert, pay for two days, then go to the desert, then back to beach. Reciept shows he spent two days at the beach. All fell apart because he got stuck and he had to use the cell phone (why?). Still tried to get back to beach in time to be seen on Sunday night, few minutes late. Good plan, but poorly executed. So far I have been very neutral as to DW's guilt but this theory has some very good merit. Can anyone on the not quilty side debunk it.?
That's a good question cm. I don't consider myself on the "not guilty" side, I consider myself on the "prove he's guilty" side, but I'll take a shot at answering your question.
DW had to know his MH can't go anywhere unoticed. An ego thing may even played into his buying it. Remember his comment to BVD, about "how would your friends like to meet a rich man"?
I have to ask myself then, why would he think he could pull into a wide-open place like the strand, where everyone is literally on parade and on display all the time and think that no one would notice that it came in, went, then came back? Shoot, they even notice the window blinds being closed, etc.
In other words, IMO, it would be like DW thinking that no one at a party would likely notice the comings and goings of an elephant?

I'm sorry.
I clicked on the last post, as a way of registering my post in. I didn't mean you personally. I forgot to take off your name in the reply-to section. I got interrupted while I was typing and forgot that when I came back.
But thanks for your comments. :-)
