You see people... you can shoot hijackers on a plane and not bring down the plane.

At the very least, the TSA ought to let CCL holders, police/sherriffs, and commissioned military officers fly armed.

I guess that we will just have to wait to hear all of the reasons why they can shoot hijackers on a Fokker 50 in Ethiopia but our pilots can't be armed. We just have to count on an F-16 shooting our planes down rather than risk a pilot shooting someone.

Let's arm our citizens like the Constitution states...I agree. An aircraft with an armed pilot, and five or six armed American citizens, is a very safe aircraft, that will not be flown into the whitehouse or a nuclear reactor.
