Evidence obtained from the MH has not been presented at trial yet. Forensic witnesses have not testified at trial yet and I do have remaining questions from the PH transcripts.

At this point, DW was back from camping so it is not the time he came back for his wallet..3:30 on 2/2 was when he had to walk...this was 2/4, I believe.
Ok. Got it, walking on 2/4 not 2/2 but the officer flubbs the "sweating profusely even though it was really cool that morning" routine.
Which, if I am not mistaken, was one of the reasons LE had targeted him? Thanks Reho

Walking on 2/2 at 3:30 cuz the street was blocked so he couldn't get to his house...which is when he talked to Mark the neighbor....interview was 2/4 that he was sweating. :-)

Aagghhh! 2/2 2/3 2/4. After awhile it just all starts to blend, huh? This man went back and forth enough to make a person have whiplash! I find it amazing to think that someone who had supposedly ninja-kidnapped then killed this kid would, possibly, leave then comeback, then leave again, with the body on at least one/which trip?

I have looked, thats why I asked. You seem to show up for a few hours, insult people, then leave for weeks. Drive up window that busy? If you actually argued your point it would be one thing, but you don't. Last thread I saw you on, in Feb I think, you just shouted down people who opposed your thoughts, then bailed with many a repilies to you left unanswered. It appears to be your style, throw insults and factless trash, then disappear. I remember you so well because you defended the Van Dams and/or the swinging lifestyle on a thread back in Feb, then disappeared without backing your position or answering any questions posed to you about what you had said. One of those was from me. If you have a point and feel strong about it, stay and back it, don't run off. I will find the thread and post it, even if it takes me 2 days.

I would love to listen to your side, but it seems you are so quick to put down people opposed to your view without stating the facts why you support it.

I am not out to get you, hate you, etc., Just would like to see something to back comments or thoughts from you, and from anyone on this thread backing what they are saying.
