Good post. Sanford/Seminole County, as you know is still under the consent decree - that means the Feds are screwing around with the schools trying to get the right mix of black/white races.
Regardless, this is a great achievement!

Thanks for checking it out. And, I agree - great achievement here! Plus, there are MANY other FL schools where this is happening. No, it didn't happen overnight, and no, it hasn't happened to every school yet. But, it IS happening. :)
