If you go back and view my posts you'll see that I don't dispute that the passengers fought to take over the plane. Brave men on that plane, no doubt and their attempt to take back the plane make myself proud to be an American. What you must realize though is that correlation is not causation.
The evidence that I saw and heard on that day, aw well as my sources, indicate that the plane was brought down by the USAF. What is wrong with holding that opinion?
Has to be done.
You see, if these old people were not searched but some frowning Islamist with a one-way ticket was searched, the Democrats and their ACLU would sue everybody in sight.
So it has to be done.
Congratulations, liberals.
Democrats and the ACLU have been vehemently against racial and ethnic profiling for years.Perhaps this the should be presented as 'criminal' profiling. The enforcement agencies need to frame the issue differently. They need to get the concept that 'criminal' profiling is for the 'protection' of society.
That the various law agencies are pursuing criminals that are within the parameters of the witness's accounts. That the searched, the questioned, the restrained are within the particular 'criminal' profile for that specific crime.
This along with the Drudgereport about poison gas in the subways really alarms me. My daughter survived the World Trade Center but still has to ride the subways. Political correctness with its lack of intelligence and common sense is truly frightening.
When he was a little boy at the start of World War II, Mr. Mineta and his Japanese-American family were sent to an interment camp.
If he can't put that behind him and understand what the situation is today, he should be removed from his post.
