I'm 42 years old, married and we're adopting two boys. We have a lot of fun together doing things like playing ball, chasing each other, tickle wars, going for walks, etc. This is called life. Get one. :-)
(Smurfberry hopscotch.)
I see VadeRetro has sent out his first string to take up his cause in this debate. Very well. Let's see... 17 years old, possibly 18 by now. As possibly the high school graduate that you are, I suspect that you are probably about as intellectually, and scientifically accomplished as VadeRetro himself, though I will affirm the fact that you do write far more coherently than he does.
As an accomplished multi-degreed biochemist myself, however (who happens to be better than twice your age), I'll let this attest to the fact that I probably know somewhat more about the science you can at this point only pretend that you to understand. As one who, unlike yourself, personally predates the Star Wars movies, and your screen name suggests that you fantacize about, it will be far more helpful for you to actually make an educated study of science before you start driveling away your credibility as Darth VadeRetro does now with such panache.
Regrettable as this realization may come for you, particularly as it pertains to your intellectual standing in this debate, StarWars themes won't make you a more competent commentator on matters of science no matter how many times you may swear you and Darth VadeRetro have seen the movie series back-to-back.
May the force -- of fact based science -- finally be with you ... someday. That is, if you have the courage to let it.
If you get 777 you'll tie with general_re and be executable by anyone. To beat general_re you'll have to get 888 as well.
I'll be back soon with gratuitous insults based on tales from ancient Greece.
All "species" that could have possibly been, existed in the original Creation. Not all of those "species" exist now, due to their extinctions throughout history (e.g., most dinosaurs).I'll bet the paleontologists and geologists love it. (Well, if you work at ICR, maybe they do.)
You misspelled tails
It appears to me that they are completely unrelated subjects. Others have made the same point time and again in the previous posts.
May I suggest that you get some professional help to enable you to distinguish between them?
You're claiming that evolution is not a religion? Doesn't the idea of being a religion mean a belief system of some sort, above and beyond what is empirically observable?
I mean, within historical times, people have claimed to have seen God and Jesus Christ. Nobody's ever claimed to have seen macroevolution in all of recorded history. In fact, honest experts freely admit that there isn't even a shred of evidence in the fossil record for macroevolution. In fact, many of them admit that the necessary sequence of intermediate steps which would be required for going from early mammals to, say, bats is not even conceivable and don't make yourself sound stupid by talking about flying squirrels and lizards which have never even thought about flapping their skin folds the way a bat has to.
The fact is that evolution is more of a religion than any of the recognized religions; it requires the gullible people who believe in it to take a whole lot more on faith than any other religion does.
I've been called worse, I guess. I just can't recall when.
You'd better work on your charm a little bit more if you plan to talk with any more 17-year-old girls. My guess is that you're not making a big impression.
I was correct, you did misspell the word but you were correct otherwise.
Ahem!
Everybody join in now ...
Such stupidity is hardly deserving of a response.
