Even another dollar won't stop the young women who've taken up the habit.
It's so cool ya know?
The 16 year olds will still come up with the money to buy them from the
little stores that don't care about the law.

Why don't people start growing their own tobacco? If I smoked, I'd get a couple tobacco plants and roll my own. It can't be illegal.

More proof positive that NO ONE is more hooked on tobacco than government. You said a mouthful.
here in Delaware they've just kicked us out into the streets - and turn around and epect us to pay an additional 35cents per pack for the privilege.

Nope, not illegal to grow up to 1/10th acre--at least not yet. SBE Seeds has seeds, books, videos, etc., on growing and processing your own. It WILL come to that as soon as the antis and politicians realize how many people are making their own and circumventing their oppression.

Don't worry, the addicts and dopers will pay twenty-five dollars a pack for their fix! From the tone of your post I would have to say that you have something against smokers in general, or maybe against smokers in specific.
Care to elaborate?
