Nah. Condit did not kill her. I'm going with John Walsh's theory that this was done by a serial killer of young women in Northern VA, and may be related to the murders of Joyce Chiang, Catherine Garabedian (?forget last name), the Silva girl, and the Lisk sisters. A bold predator who strikes whenever and wherever-even in broad daylight, with people around. Much like the predator in the Portland area who took Ashley Pond and her girlfriend--has he relocated to the West Coast?

You're wrong...no connection with the Chaing and other "serial" murder(s) and the Lisk sisters and Silva deaths. That guy was crusing the area in a white pickup and liked young girls...still in high school...MO is all wrong for the Levyk Chaing and other "predatory"-"crime of opportunity" type murders.

If you're referring to Prince Bandar, the Saudi ambassador, No. 1, he's too smart to ever live in the District and No. 2, he lives on a palatial estate in McLean VA overlooking the Potomac River, and No. 3, he wouldn't have to do his own dirty work, if he was so inclined, but he's not dumb enough to be involved in a sleazy murder.

You're probably right about the killer of the Lisks and Sofia Silva. Different MO. But can we really rule out Joyce Chiang and Christine Mirzayan (sorry I messed up on her name previously)? This Rock Creek Park predator--Ingmar Guanteque-- that they have locked up for 2 assaults in RCP--he lived right there in the same neighborhood where these two women were killed or vanished. They were both petite, long dark hair, Christine was dragged down a ravine like Chandra. I'm sure the FBI is right on it. (NOT!)
