My reply would be that yes, Hillary it sounds like NY might have a problem with wastewater --- subject to independent and nonbiased verification of the facts.

But you failed to demonstrate that this is MY problem, to be remedied with MY tax dollars.

There are toxic sites all over the country -- arsenic in drinking water, nitrates in streams, chemicals in groundwater, toxic waste in landfills, dioxins, asbestos, petroleum products, PCB's, pesticides.
