Apparently you missed the whole point of the article. Dubya is not the enemy, first it's the terrorists, then it's the democrats who are willing to sell out the country. Dubya is dealing with them the only way he can, he's buying them off because we're in a hurry. If we don't protect the country, it won't matter much what the national debt looks like. Dead people don't pay taxes anyway.

You apparently missed the fact that he cares about people (ie a 'compassionate' conservative), and is a 'uniter, not a divider,' so that he would be compromising to achieve a greater goal, and that he wasn't going to do everything you wanted him to do because you wanted him to do it.

If you did support him, you're quite the turncoat, you are, and it's obviously your goal to let us all know ad nauseum how very much you despise this good man, and those of us who respect him.
