"Name me one piece of conservative legislation that George Bush is twisting arms and calling in markers...Ummm, that's right -- NONE. It's NONE because not only is Dubya NOT a "Conservative", but the only domestic legislation and policies Dubya has supported are DEMOCRATIC issues. That's what Rush means when he reminds us "Bush has taken all their issues away."
But then again -- RINOs always have taken their base constituancy for granted, while kissing-up to the "undecided" fringe -- haven't they?

Well, now, you just proved what a fine, upstanding human being you are, didn't you.
The greatest punishment you could have would be to live with yourself and your filthy little mind.
I hope you find some peace somewhere along life's journey. Begin with prayer because what you lack is found in the Lord..
To: F16Fighter
BTW, I've reported abuse on your foul little post. It may not be removed, but the lack of character it reveals in you will be obvious to anyone who reads this thread.

Oh for heaven's sake! I can't believe you could
even make such a ridiculous statement! Then again,
maybe so. Of all the asinine comments you've made, this
one takes the cake! Bush being like Hilary, get a hold on yourself! Would
Hilary give the military a big pay raise? Would she have the someone like
D. Rumsfeld for Defense secretary? Would she give us a tax break?
No, she wouldn't. Would she have gotten us out of the
World Court? Heck no, she wouldn't.
So don't even tell me that he has gone the way of Hilary!

You are really insulting! But I still think you could
do better! Come on, think of some more nasty comments.
Let's go through the whole routine!/sarcasm we've heard alot
of these comments before, they are getting old. Come'on
'Ohio W fan' lets leave them alone to have their little Bush-bash fest.
After all, they were having soooo much fun, until
we came along and spoiled it! ;)

You've got some good points, I'll give you that,
However, isn't there an argument to be made for those who
do come here with good intentions? Suppose some of them stay, then
they become citizens. They work, pay taxes, behave
themselves and teach their children to do the same.
Should they be punished because others don't do those
things? Many just want the opportunity that many immigrants from
Europe before them had. Of all the people who think they
have a reason to gripe, the American Indians had to be
the ones with the most reasons! And no, I am not a
Native American. But amazingly, many of them didn't throw
the immigrants out. Some were hostile, and for
good reason. But many were friendly and accepting.

1) Bush's so-called tax cut is a sham. Most of it goes into effect so far in the future that it will be taken back in the name of Homeland Security or some other big-gummint Bushit long before it ever happens.
2)Kyoto was never going to happen anyway. Like taking credit for opposing UFO invasions.
3) I don't give a hoot about foreigners aborting themselves. In fact, the more I think about it, the more I actually LIKE the idea.
4)Missile Defense doesn't work, and never will work. The bomber always gets through. True in 1943 and true in 2002.
If you really think these are "conservative" accomplishments, then you don't know what "conservative" means. You're either a shameless RepublicRat operative, or a big sucker.

Correct. I have never met a Mexican I did not like (though, honestly, I have not met a hell of lot of Mexicans in my neck of the woods). I would infinitely prefer mass immigration from Mexico to mass immigration from the Middle East or North Africa or Southwest Asia or Bosnia (read; Muslims).... But America is not Mexico, and should not be. Illegal immigrants should be deported, legal immigration should be greatly reduced, and the 1965 Immigration Act should be repealed.
To: Big Meanie
Your last sentence, "even Mexico doesn't want them" is largely correct. At the risk of sounding politically correct, I would even suggest that the Mexican elites (almost entirely of white European descent) are practicing racism by urging Mexican Indian peasants out of Mexico and into America. If people who looked like Vicente Fox were leaving Mexico, I suspect Fox would not be so eager to see this emigration from Mexico.
To: ohioWfan
I notice that you didn't include in your agenda a reduction in LEGAL immigration. That's fine, but all polls show the majority of Americans also would favor THAT. Thus, how would Bush be politically disadvantaged by taking that position? How is his current position a political necessity and reality, when the polls suggests America would favor Tancredo's approach?

The question is, SHOULD have the Natives been so friendly and accepting? From their perspective, it may not have been the wisest course, in retrospect. (Though, in military terms, such resistance may have been ultimately futile, as it was for the Aztecs, when they finally rose against the Spaniards).
To: #3Fan
No, the American people have not. If you have information to suggest otherwise, I would welcome a chance to review it.
To: Phillip Augustus
...the 1965 Immigration Act should be repealed.Right you are. The 1965 Immigration Act changed this country.
The Kennedy assasination of 1963, the Immigration Act(as you mention) of 1965 and the Chicago Democrat riots of 1968. These were no small random acts IMO.

"Live with yourself and your filthy little mind."The Moderators have chosen to humor you as psychiatrists humor their patients....
Have a cookie and glass of milk -- it'll be all-right. Really...
To: Phillip Augustus
This is a good point. I'll bet a lot of their descendants are
asking themselves that now. I'm sure glad they did!
Not that all white europeans and others were terrible
to them. But the diseases they often brought with them
were devastating for the Natives; even if the Europeans got
on ok with them.

"Come'on Ohio W fan let's leave them alone..."You two are sooo cute together.

Wow! I've seen a lot of losers around here, but you are by far the blue ribbon winner. (You might not be old enough to understand it, but that
wasn't a compliment, sweetie.)
Don't bother posting back to me, because I don't have time to read tripe written by adults (are you one?) with a Jr. High boys locker room maturity level. (Got a little PPE, do you?)
If you ever do grow up, let me know, and we'll have a mature discussion on the issues, OK? I won't hold my breath, though. I'm past 50, and probably won't live long enough to see that day.
Ta ta! :o)

"BTW, make sure you go down to the local PD and turn yourself in for the harm you caused society in your (appearantly) former druggie days."
Wow, EBUCK, after a few milliseconds consideration, I do not think this is a really great idea. But thank you so much for the suggestion. Thank you...thank you very much.
