Actually he looked to be topless and fondling the butt of some whackjob in photo number two.

Oh. I thought he was the guy leaning up against the lamp post in photo #1. I see the little arrow thingy now. Nevermind then.

The guy is a sicko.

Your post hits the nail on the head.

I have seen and have been angered by this for years. Why, in the name of God, does any individual tolerate this class of people? I have said on this very forum, and others can verify my rash-ness on the issue, You're are either with the Homo's or you are against them. There is no middle ground that is acceptable.

JMHO...

That is the common, Christian viewpoint traditionally. I just wonder how many of you who condemn homosexuals carte blanche as being perverse, abnormal, etc will feel if when you die God tells you he made them that way on purpose? Ever stop to think what population problems there would be if EVERY sexually mature adult on the planet were heterosexual and creating more offspring? It is my honest opinion, and has been for some time now, that homosexuality is a natural mechanism for population control. Have you ever studied the works of Robert Thomas Malthus? He was an 18th century economist interested in the economic effects of growing population. He surmised that humans multiply at a geometric rate while our ability to sustain ourselves with food supply merely multiplies at a mathematical rate. In 1999 we reached the 4 billion mark in world population, chilling numbers considering what the population was only 100 years ago don't you think? Ever wonder why so many men/women in the arts are gay? I do. It seems to be an inordinate percentage to me, which leads one to speculate why? Why are such talented people oriented different sexually? Maybe God gave them the artistic talents since they would be free to pursue such things without being burdened with offspring? Now before anyone goes ballistic on me I state this as merely my opinion, not as a fact. As a gay friend pointed out to me, a long time ago making me view gays quite differently than before: "Why would I (or anyone) "choose" to be gay?" Very valid point, why would anyone "choose" a stigmitizing, considered perverse and separated from the pale of "normality" way of life? Why indeed unless that is simply -who they are and have no say so in the matter-. Now I am not talking about cross dressing, acting like a "fag" and being a flamer. Those ARE choices. But a person's sexuality is not their choice IMHO. But like my older gay friend said, what you do in your bedroom shouldn't dictate how you present yourself to the world. Being gay shouldn't mean being "weird" or a freak.

"You're are either with the Homo's or you are against them. There is no middle ground that is acceptable" Me thinkest thou dost protest too much. Why do they make you feel threatened? Each to his own is my viewpoint. So long as their "activities" are between CONSENTING ADULTS what they do and with whom is no one else's business.... You know Hitler held similar viewpoints as yours regarding gays, Jews, minorities, non-Nordic/Germanic. You should feel proud.

According to my Malthusian calculator, the last human being on earth starved to death about 150 years ago. That man was a genius.

What's your point? You dismiss his theories entirely, simply because his actual numbers may not have been 100% accurate? Do you contend that burgeoning population growth world-wide is not and will not be a problem of monumental proportions?

I do, and thanks for stating my case. With population at an all-time high (and leveling off, by the way, according to a report last month from the UN), people are not only not starving, but are better fed and enjoy more natural resources than ever before. Malthus erred in assuming that technology was a constant; the vast leaps in productivity have been possible because this is not so.

Your theory only applies to developed nations. Population explosion problems are inherently found in 3rd world countries. Don't tell me there are no starving people on this planet, don't tell me China will be able to sustain its population on its own resources and within present geographical boundaries with current population trends. I have a BA in Foreign Affairs so I do know a thing or two about world trends and history.

You haven't been hanging around here long enough to know any of these people. You should be quiet for awhile and listen before you get ripped to shreds. Your BA in Foreign Affairs makes you one of the less educated people in the Forum. Bragging about one's shortcomings will not impress anyone.

I have to admit, your post would have been better without this self-serving statement being tacked on at the end. And I should know, I'm a lawyer </sarcasm off/>.

You don't know how "educated" I am. Having a Bachelor's degree is a "shortcoming"? Huh. Interesting. And FYI I say what I want, when I want. I merely reference my degree by way of my study of the subject. I'm not one to simply "sit around" and listen to a bunch of idiots congratulate themselves on their shared, myopic, knee-jerk, homophobic, fascist views. No offense intended ofcourse....

Did they teach you in foreign affairs school (btw, does God also lure gays into the foreign service as part of His providential scheme for population control? I ask only for information) that in developed nations the chief agricultural problem is overproduction? If there's hunger anywhere in the world, it's a distribution problem -- usually artificially induced by political malice or malpractice. After you and our other masters in the Ruling Class get that straightened out, maybe we'll be more receptive to your theories on economics, sexuality, the arts, etc.

Welcome to Free Republic.

Just a gentle word of warning but you go ahead and do as you please. However, be prepared to become "No Such Freeper".

No offense taken...but the fact that you have a degree doesn't mean that you know anything about anything.

Speaking of overpopulation and running out of natural resources, are you familiar with Julian Simon's Bet With Paul Ehrlich?

I take it the 'good father' doesn't take his vow of celebacy too seriously. For Priest this sort of activity is out of bounds, the homosexual/prdophiloe part just makes it that much worse. That the church allows this sort of thing and doesn't act until publicly embarressed, speaks volumes about the current RC 'leadership'.
