In the meantime they are giving you big money to make sure that they are like a monoply in the new Y business. The sheeple never figure it out. Then, as they become the Fascist monoply in the Y business, they and the Fascist Governor really cleanup! Then you run for re election as a friend of the people because you publicly trashed this corporation. Behind the curtain you were in bed with them for mutual gains.
Probably pretty good. Davis will use the resources of the State as well as the Cal Democratic Council to protect himself. Aids will be expected to fall on their swords for Davis, as the AG, Lockyear, will be certain to obstruct any useful investigation at the state level.
I think Davis is worried, but not about being caught doing something stupid. I think he is more concerned about just how stupid are California voters to give him a walk on any corruption, just as long as CA has abortion.

When I ponder on the union of Larry Ellison at Oracle and Gray Davis, my blood runs cold at the thought of these two Nazi's succeeding with their plot.

Good point -- I'd humbly suggest that each of us write a pithy, scathing, and (of course) laceratingly funny letter to the editor of our respective local papers. It doesn't seem like much, but this is one way to keep the issue in the public eye. Don't let Governor Clousseau and his pals at the LA Times bury this!!!

16 months later as all of these messes unfold, it is obvious that Davis has advanced from socialist to pure Fascist to enrich himself and gain incredible power from the chosen corporations re money and their skills.

Then add Goron to your statement. My blood runs even colder thinking of an unchecked Ellison/Whoreacle/Davis and a Goron as president with a Jake Reno type of attorney general if not Jake, itself!
