Kim, at the very start of this, you were absolutely 100% saying the "stuff" about the van Dams being "swingers" was rumor and inuendo. Don't ask me to source it out for you, because most of those threads were "pulled", and you know it...yes, you do!
So you can deny it till the cows come home, but those of us fighting on these threads know where the bear poops!
Truth is, you think the van Dams are innocent of any wrongdoing when it comes to Danielle's death.
For now, the boys are probably safe, because I think the van Dams have had to cool their heels for awhile, till this is all over.
After that, well, old habits die hard.

YES...the kids are in danger...and the CPS workers are ignorant government hacks.....geezzzz.....come on....how much must we run interference for the VD's....we have the San Diego Press treating them with kid gloves...
Now we have Judge MUDD...how appropriate.....running cover to protect the VD's from having their "zippers" pulled down????

Spec, of course I said it was rumor and innuendos and I also said it could be, and I pray/prayed it wasn't true..!!! If I flub up and forget something I said..and you correct me, fine..I'm not going to complain or cry. I'm bigger than that trust me. As far as me trying to be dishonest or trying to hide past statements..it sounds like to me that you may have dealt with someone in the past who has done that to you..well, I won't. Truth is, I don't think they wanted their child dead, or caused her death my accident and no evidence has come forth to show otherwise.

I would NEVER say gubment workers in CA are top notch....CPS is notorious for boondoggles...look at the stories across the nation, where parents were given custody of kids, only to kill or abuse them afterwards...one of the gravest tragedies, women go into prison addicted to drugs...kids are put in foster care...women come out of prison "clean and sober" and 6 months later, have live in pimps, needles hanging out of their arms and babies abused or worse....that, kim, is my opinon of the CPS system....

What I read said that of the 60,000+ images, only about 100 were considered to be pornography. There were also 2200 mpeg files, but no mention of whether any of them contained any pornography.

How far is the 3000 Dehesa Rd site where Danielle's body was found from the VD home ?
I thought you might remember. I found a map of the Dehesa site, but not in reference to where their home is.

Susan Wintersteen is the person that called the police to report they had found what appeared to be Danielle's body at 3000 Dehesa Rd. Still haven't found exactly WHO discovered the body first.
