Exactly. The "Texas office" consists of Russ Verney, who is/was Ross Perot's right hand man and used to head up the Reform Party before Pat Buchanan wrested control away from the Perot faction. Russ is not a lawyer. No litigation or other legal activity is done by the Texas office.

Ross Perot is a (the?) major financial backer of JW. I don't know why, but Perot despises the entire Bush family. As he has demonstrated more than once in the past, he would rather see a Democrat elected than any Bush hold any office, especially for the office of President.

Perot now appears to be backing John McCain for President under a third party banner, as an independent, or even as a Democrat. His running mate? Why not Larry Klayman? Larry is consumed with jealousy and rage that someone as (in his opinion) incompetent as George W. Bush is President, when his abilities are manifestly more abundant.
