For that matter, how did Lily's second husband Alfredo "Freddy" Monteverde shoot himself twice in the heart?

It will be remembered that Sonia pencilled in Vivian and Ted at the last minute--
It is only Sonia's contradictory, uncorroborated depositions which "establish" Edmond and Vivian's last moments--
And what of the hasty buy-off of Vivian's husband Ireneo with $2,000,000 of Lily's personal funds--
Why couldn't she wait for an insurance investigation?
Why did she have to cremate Edmond and bury him in Geneva when all his life he'd wanted to be buried in Israel?
And the fire report says there were multiple sources of ignition with the major conflagration occuring an hour after Ted was rushed to the hospital--
You mean, in three days of beating and sleep deprivation and threats on Ted's wife and children, Monaco police couldn't get him to confess to the multiple sources of ignition?
Oh, they didn't know what their wet team had done--

Monaco violates its law allowing defendants to select their own attorneys.
Monaco police have no satisfactory explanation for having destroyed only the police emergency call tape for the date in question.
No records corroborate the contradictory depositions of Lily's paid agent--the only "witness" to the last moments of the deceased.
Vivian bore marks of "combat wounding" and strangulation--not asphyxiation.
Edmond's blood spattered Vivian's undergarments.
The penthouse security camera was "not functional" despite major renovations and a Certificate of Occupancy dated July 1, 1999.
Only the three days of four-point restraint, catheterization, beating, sleep deprivation and threats obtained Ted's false confession.
Monaco must still answer for kidnapping Ted's wife, stealing her U.S. Passport, and threatening the couple's children.
A Kafkaesque kangaroo court and Stalinesque show trial are not justice.
