Monaco will try to muzzle Griffith as well as Ted,
It will try to exclude the experts who would destroy the coverup.
Increased media exposure, world-class lawyering, congressional attention--all will aid Ted.
This Kafkaesque police state threatened the wife and children of an innocent American,
--took three days of beat-down to make a case that three years later won't stand up to a trial--
--would be destroyed by three hours of legitimate evidence and testimony.
Monaco knows this, and will try a Stalinesque show trial--
--but Ted has the truth on his side, merely awaiting a forum.

Dear NY FReepers whom I have pinged, if you don't know the plight of American Ted Maher, there is much info here if you care to peruse.
Ted is an American, Green Beret veteran, professional neonatal nurse, husband, father of 3 young children, son, and brother, who is being held hostage by Monaco. It has been nearly 3 years that Ted has been denied his freedom and family!
If, after reading about what Monaco has done to Ted and his family, you are moved by this injustice, perhaps some of you New York FReepers might consider "FReeper greeting" Prince Albert when he comes to the Waldorf-Astoria on Tuesday, October 22 for the Princess Grace Awards.
Prince Albert will be freely partying in New York, while New Yorker Ted Maher will most likely be spending another night confined in a prison cell in Monaco dreaming of his family and home in New York.

Also an hour after Ted was in hospital, a fireman saw the fire in the wastebasket and he was going to go and put it out (it was minor) and the police would not let him. This proves that Ted's fire did not burn the place down.

We just learned today that it has been said that Mr. Safra had been cremated and that is why the closed casket and the brothers not allowed at the funeral.
Obviously that fireman must be deposed at trial.
And we know why the Black Widow had Edmond cremated.
Monaco director of juridical services Patrice Davost thinks he can lead Griffith on with assurances he'll be allowed to participate in Ted's defense--then exclude him as per the appellate proceedings.

Ted recently saved a man in prison by giving him mouth to mouth. He has a reaction to a pill. He called the guards and they would not come. Ted kept calling and calling and they would not respond. After about 30 minutes they came and then rushed the man to the hospital. Ted saved his life. The man is now back in prison and is with Ted.

Though Monaco seeks to make its law even more draconian,
it has to deal with existing law--
which it has repeatedly broken in Ted's case.
The false confession Monaco police spent three days beating out of Ted
(in conjunction with rat-bastard threats on his wife and children)
and the three years Monaco has shamefully delayed trial
(a de facto admission it has no case)
would be thrown out of (a legitimate) court in a three hour trial.
Monaco is a police state run by lying swine employing gestapo-wannabes and kangaroos in robes with gavels.
Send out the clowns to get Ted a cab--he's innocent, Prince Bozo, as you well know.
