2. Who is guilty of any felonies under California law in connection with the Danielle Van Dam case?
Her parent(s) and no one else= 20%;
Her parents----- but possible accessory and aiding/abetting, knowing& not-telling, body-disposal etc on part of others= 40%;
Some conspiracy involving more or less equal felonious guilt between one or more of her parents, and another party or parties= 13%;
Basically another is guilty--- but one or both VD's are covering, aiding/abetting, withholding guilty knowledge, obstructing etc.=8%.
VD's are not guilty of a felony w r t Danielle disappearance Feb 1/2 night, but may be guilty of drug charges or child neglect generally...But felonious guilt resides with someone other than either of her parents =19%. The 19 may be further subdivided, into Westerfield 13%, other guests from 10 AM on 2/1 to 10 AM on 2/2: 5% ; total stranger 1%.
You will note that there is some 73 to 81% the VDs are guilty of a felony, but only some 13 to 21% chance that Westerfield is guilty of a felony unless he and her parents were in cahoots and had a deal from the beginning.
1) the use of prostitution by runaway and thrownaway children to provide for their subsistence needs;Further, the investigators confirmed that:
2) the presence of pre-existing adult prostitution markets in the communities where large numbers of street youth are concentrated;
3) prior history of child sexual abuse and child sexual assault;

The report concludes with 11 recommendations that are designed to strengthen the nations (and regions) capacity for protecting vulnerable youth from both CSE and the CSEC.
And why you should NOT give Kool Aid to children to drink. Blehh!
GI detect a pattern here..
Adobe ImageReady or Photoshop,then GIF Construction Set to animate (there is an Animation Wizard included).
I know enough to get by...luckily they don't pay me here to do graphics.
Um, polls measure opinions not chance. There is some slight difference in meaning.
In the meantime, I'm glad that we don't judge the unarrested and uncharged by majority vote.
I'm still in the vocal minority that say SDPD has investigated, arrested and charged and arraigned and bound over for trial their main suspect. And will have to prove his guilt in a court of law before a jury of his peers. AND that unless and untill likewise arrested,charged,arraigned and bound over, the VD's remain victims, not defendants in this court action.
And FDA should change his handle, and I should get credit for it! LOL
