Ok - I know nothing about NASCAR - but every time I saw Gordon interviewed, I always thought he might be gay - had no idea that he WAS married to a hot chick. I always figured that the reason so many people hated him was because he might be "light in the loafers." Nascar is not my thing - but I don't have a problem with it either.
And if anyone knows where the former Mrs. Gordon is - please pass along her phone # to me - I would be willing to help her get over Jeff. (since that whole thing between me and the widowed Anna Nicole Smith did not work out)

Their marriage is "irretrievably broken as a result of the husband's marital misconduct," according to the document. The couple has no children.
OMG not #24! OUCH

No, they hate him because he's the best driver on the circuit and until now generally thought of as a goody-goody.

Perhaps the NASCAR all purpose excuse/explanation would apply:
Iss jiss wunna them dee-ulz.

Such is NASCAR...a soap opera for the blue collar, beer guzzling male crowd.
No, I think only the dumb, ingnorant and uneducated would think this. Except of course you. :)

Brooke is gorgeous, but very well might be a real B*tch. It would have to be something like that to drive him into someone else's arms. . . . I welcome Jeff into the fraternity. I've got 2 ex-wives.
The only good wife is an ex-wife.
With that attitude I can see why you have ex wives. lol

Brooke, I'm here if you need anything. Anything at all....
You know she likes those guys with a lot under their hood.

Don't play if you can't pay.

As Miss Winston, Brooke's duties were to be a goodwill ambassador for R.J. Reynolds Tobacco and greets race winners in victory lane.I wonder if she had to take up smoking, too.

Well, this would explain why she started calling me again.
Geeze, I'm getting tired of this.

I love that one!!!!!!

Well, actually you are both right. At any NASCAR event you see all types - from Wal-Mart shoppers to Ph D's. But then again, I know Ph D.'s who shop at Wal-Mart.

"...He's a spoiled brat that didn't come up in the ranks..."Well the 'spoiled brat' part may well be true, but this guys been driving a race car of one type or another since about first grade. True that up until he grabbed a Busch car for a few races he'd always been in those little open wheel midgets, but did you ever see this kid drive back then?
Before Jeff Gordon ever got close to NASCAR he was one unfrigginbelievable driver.
I'm no fan of his personality or the way he has sometimes behaves in public, but it's hard to argue against a kid that used routinely lap the veteran driver in second place. My only wish is that he'd drop the easy NASCAR money and go race Formula One where his real talent would take him.
