So, you're telling me that I should learn Spanish and Chinese, and familiarize myself with Kalishnikov firearms in order to be ready for the war?

Fidel Castro Says US Should Return Aztlan Back to Mexico

Is Mexico reconquering U.S. southwest?

U.N. sponsors Arab tours of U.S. nuclear reactors - 'Field trips' part of training course taught by Energy Department lab
"We raised some issues about training some of these foreign nationals, particularly ones from the Middle East. They were teaching them to black out systems, which they could use against us at the labs"

Dangerous U.S. Customs
"When Fitzgerald-Catalan tried to conduct pressurized rail car investigations to determine the extent of contraband coming into the United States from a corrupt rail yard in Mexico, her investigations were shut down by worried and strangely acting managers. When other agents attempted to help her, they were punished severely and subjected to endless administrative probes, designed to get them to resign or retire."

If Sept. 11 doesn't cause us to finally get serious about plugging our porous borders, nothing will
Did you know that mere membership in a terrorist group, or even advocating acts of terrorism, isn't automatically grounds for rejecting a visa application?

According to a state department handbook for consular officials, applicants should not be denied visas for simply belonging to the International Jihad to Annihilate Americans or shouting "Hurray, hijackers!" while leading an anti-American demonstration."

Political posturing. He decided to speak spanish to illegals throughout his election campaign. I wouldn't hold my breath that he won't pull a Clinton and try to define "blanket".

Yes, it is a matter of semantics. But this is why Bush will both state he is against "amnesty" yet be in favor of what the press is reporting as an "amnesty".

Right. It depends on what the meaning of the word amnesty is. People just have to learn to parse every word of every statement coming from this administration. Then they won't be shocked when the administration does something they thought it said it wasn't going to do.

This is just like when Bush went to Nevada and said that he was against a temporary nuclear dump there. When he approved a permanent dump there the people thought he lied to them. He did no such thing. He was just very slick about how he answered the question, and they didn't parse his statement properly.

It is just like when he said that he is for local control of education, but for federally mandated tests. Anyone who stops to think about it knows that whoever writes the test controls the schools. To pass the test the schools have to teach what is on the tests.

People didn't parse his statement so they were shocked when he and Ted Kennedy pushed through an education bill with loads of federal control and loads of pork. It isn't his fault that people do not pay attention to what he is really saying.

Bush never made any attempt to hide his support for the criminals who are flooding into the nation. He did all he could to encourage more criminals to come here when he was governor. He never said he would change. Yet people are surprised when he gives the criminals amnesty but calls it something else.

I don't mind some sort of work exchange program

This is the American way!...I smell blood (money) in the water and I am formulating ways to capitalize on this in my own market area....excellent.

I wish they would privatize the visa grants and we can then trade them like a commodity on an open exchange...the hispanics will win big because markets will be bidding on a fixed commodity...and yankee imperialistic capitalistic pigs like myself can squeeze blood out of this deal.....

I am encouraged

George Bush: Mexico is a friend of America. Mexico is our neighbor. And we want our neighbors to succeed. We want our neighbors to do well. We want our neighbors to be successful.

Now drink the Kool Aid like good little children.

I would also accept Michael Savages' idea of a barrel of Mexican oil per immigrant, more if they are collecting some sort of government check.

If there is a hole in our border due to corruption by drug traffickers, that hole can be used to ship more than narcotics. It can be used to ship suitcase nuclear bombs."

Without the military guarding the border there is no way we will be able to stop suitcase bombs from entering America... My guess is that we do not have much time..
