I am sure you will not object if we have Mexican today for lunch. My body cannot go too long without Mexican, it craves it. So have some salsa and chips,taco salad, avocado soup, tacos, enchiladas, and/or tamales, all served with rice and beans and sour cream and guacomole. OLE!!

A few days ago, a Navy SH-60 Seahawk helicopter was lost off the coast of Greece. The crew has not been found, but is presumed dead. The two pilots were young Lieutenants, and the Enlisted Aircrewman was a 21-year old Aviation Warfare Systems Operator Second Class He wore these , just as FReeper Long Cut wears. Long Cut is active duty and joins us here when he can. We are blessed to have Long Cut with us.

Thank you so much for your post # 45 on the Merchant Marine's. Excellent ! I love learning about each branch and each part of the branches of the service.

Our military and what it is should be taught in our schools. Children should learn how their freedom has come at a price and teach them to be grateful to our Veterans and those serving now.
