Well, there's something like 26 major agencies the GAO reviews each year, and each year the majority flunk and it is dutifully reported to Congress where said report is promptly shelved to collect dust for the ages.

Each of these departments have their own IGs to review them...and their info is routinely ignored as well.

I hope the President is PO'd enough and lets his dept heads know just how PO'd he is....maybe that will jack some of them up to start stopping this kind of garbage from occuring....from some that has been reported in the news in the past, when he's upset they all seem to 'get it'...so I'm hoping he's even more upset than I was last night! Maybe there is hope for fedgov after all. :)

I have a couple of yellow vines that are in bloom now (and again in the fall) and two in white that will bloom in the summer.

I had forgotten, too....not that I sit around conjuring up thoughts of that maroon! As to where she gets the votes....not to be disparaging regard Florida, but.....for some odd reason, I suspect her 'constituents' are similar to the 'butterfly' voters.

I finally heard birds chirping this morning. We've been hearing the Canadian geese honking as they take off or are in their flight formation heading on northward.

I never could spot where da little birdy was, but it was music to the ear...especially considering the snow!

And now, the sun has peeked out again....this is soooooo nutty!

Is it ok to plant them now or do you need to wait a couple of weeks ? It's still a little early to put things in the ground here. I 've just about gotten the beds ready for planting. I've also pruned several shrubs and smaller trees, gotten all the pots scrubbed and ready for replanting. I even have some seeds getting started in trays sitting in a sunny window upstairs. I'm ready.... now the weather just needs to cooperate for about another weekl or so. LOL
