There must be a move to start a massive CLASS ACTION SUIT by LEGAL IMMIGRANTS

This seems like a very good idea. I know legal immigrants who were put through the wringer to come here and stay here. They had to pay all kinds of fees, jump through all sorts of hoops. The angriest people I know about the idea of amnesty for illegals are the legal immigrants. (P.S. Many of these angry legal folk are Mexicans.)

Senator Tancredo. Nice ring, huh?

Yes it does, I would contribute to his campaign. Now, I have to call the RNC and give them hell.

Senator Tancredo does and can work. After all, when grass roots movements get going, things can work. Look at how the grass roots conservatives helped push Bill Simon to an upset victory in California over the Bush-favorite, Richard Riordan. Just goes to show what can happen when you tell people like Karl Rove and El Presidente Bush where to stick it!! Seeing Simon win made me envision Rove, Bush and the rest of the RINO establishment with egg all over their face!

A great post as always from you. Ron Paul is doing the ol' politician thing when necessary which is called pandering to the illegals for future votes, even when betraying your deeper beliefs to sell yourself out. He has forever lost my high esteem for him.

COMING TO A NEIGHBORHOOD NEAR YOU SOON... Yes, it is already happening here in occupied Metro Atlanta Georgia, with our governor King Roy Barnes as the ringleader.

You're right, we will go into massive debt concerning the issue of babysitting illegals. We need to, for future purposes, ensure the Bush monarchy does not get anywhere close to the Oval Office ever again. Maybe El Presidente Bush will hang a permanent Mexican Flag outside the White House and paint the Oval Office with red and green colors to honor his desire to govern the Mexican illegals instead of us lawful Americans.

More of us need to call the White House. I'm afraid that Bush has some personal fiancial gain from this. Either that or he has lost his mind or secretly hates this country.

This amnesty to criminals is morally wrong and contrary to the wishes of American citizens.

What blows my mind is that in Nevada (and others are sure to follow I'm sure) illegal aliens get in-state tuition while I, as a legal resident of the U.S., have to pay out-of-state tuition. How in the hell can an illegal immigrant even get into an American "State-funded" college? How can they even get past the entrance requirements?

"There will be no blanket amnesty for illegals. I've said that point blank. I will say it as many times as I need to say it."

High impact graphics aside, he kept his word.

Ditto here. About half the engineers in my group are foreign born, some of whom are still legal aliens. They get damn hot around the collar about this; many spent 15 years going through the process. Some joined the military to speed it up. All of them resent the line jumpers.

None of these guys are H1-b's either. All of them came here as children or teenagers.

Charging you out-of-state tuition if they give in-state tuition is illegal under the 1996 Immigration Reform law. This is the straw that Gray Davis has been holding against such a law in California.

I don't know the procedure, but a lawsuit under the federal act would most likely go in your favor. When Davis signed AB540, it contained a contingency fund for the liability.

Would make for an interesting class action. Force the states of Texas, Utah, and California to refund the difference to every citizen who was forced to pay out of state.

I was definately too hasty in making my prevoius post. I did a search and found 4 articles that told of laws granting illegals in-state tuition (Nebraska, Nevada, Washington, New York State). Three of them read that the law was defeated and the NY one, here, describes a law suit, filed by illegals, lost due to the 1996 act. Thanks for the correction.

Sadam Hussein himself could put on a New York Yankees cap and drive right into our country along with the other millions of criminal illegal aliens.

I am not surprised by this.

We have been betrayed.

We wont get fooled again.

Sorry, did not read the whole thread, so pardon the possible redundancy.

What the hell were EITHER one of them thinking??

(Referencing Geo. Sr. letting off Hussein and now this totally asinine piece of monarchial garbage by W.

NO Georgie, we WON'T forget this blunder.
