It is also illegal for a them to work here, so every cent these alien invaders take is done so illegally
as is ever dollar of unearned subsides they're able to defraud from American taxpayers.Employment is the key. If they could not find work, they would not come here.
The penalty for hiring illegal aliens needs to be upgraded. We are at war. Hiring illegals provides aid and comfort to our enemies. It should be viewed as treason and punishable by death.
If Ashcroft were to prosecute for treason just one or two of the employers who most flagrantly violate our immigration laws, the deterrent value would be enormous.
I doubt that we would even have to actually execute any of them. In a few years, Bush could commute their sentences to life without parole.

Funny thing I noticed looking at the picture of those two guys caught in Naco, they don't look hungry to me. They seem to eating well. In fact, the one in front weighs more than me just by looking at him. I thought famine and poverty was causing them in desperation to cross our borders??

Politicians, and the business community would be wise to direct their energy and support to the under-employed American citizens who need to be removed from welfare roles and put into gainful employment, without adding competition from illegal workers from poorer countries, who will work for even less money. The cycle of poverty in America's inner-cities and rural areas will never be broken if we continue to motivate able-bodied Americans to degenerate and collect welfare, while we import illegal workers to do entry-level work.
However, politicians, the liberal media and the business community who hire and benefit from the illegals' work believe that the American economy needs hundreds of thousands of undocumented workers to fill unskilled and unwanted jobs within the United States. At least some politicians and liberals would appear to be attempting to justify illegal immigration as an economic necessity and as a benefit to American business. And less scrupulous business owners agree and are exploiting these illegal workers in sweatshops and farm fields throughout the country.

I'd love to be. I have watched illegals fill out papers from other illegals. I have seen some of the "forgeries". They are junk and VERY easy to spot. Documented workers can also be checked on. A simple phone call is all that it takes. How many "Manuel Artegas" work in Denver? 1,000? It seems one gets in legally and gives the ID to 1,000 others.
Besides all that, if the person cannot speak a lick of english, why are these McDonalds' putting them on the registers trying to take orders?

And more than a few of those politicians are "conservative" DIABLA (Democrat in all but label) Republicans... not a few in the current White House. Some actually believe that selling out our country to illegals is a good way to attract latinos to the GOP.
We Americans have a lot of our own house cleaning to do.

If there were national referenda, this would win in a landslide.
We're smart and resourceful. Why don't we join forces with whoever is most credible and has the most consistency and Moral Integrity on this issue -- Michael Savage's Paul Revere Society springs to mind? -- organize one?

Heavy sanctions, including jail time, could be imposed on both the employees who hire illegals and illegals who apply for, or hold jobs. I think that would work ----plus Hispanic citizens should really be irate because every area with a high population of illegals has very low rates of health insurance and other benefits given to Hispanics --even legal. These business will hire an illegal over a legal Hispanic just to save a lot of money on benefits.

Let's do away with
illegal immigration in one fell swoop-- legalize it! (Just kidding, of course!)
Good points all.

Seizing accounts would be a good start. Once the invasion snowball can be reversed even slightly in the opposite direction that will be enough to get the message out to further invaders. Good post.
