Bravo! Seeing Pres. Bush last nite mingling amongst the US athletes at the opening ceremonies of the Olympics was a perfect example of the essence of our great leader. He's one of us, as comfortable with us as we are with him, but yet with a genuine presence of leadership. And we feel it more deeply and genuinely than any phony "Ah feel your pain" could ever hope to elicit.

And this is more than evident in the faces in the crowd around Bush...when he was with the US atheletes, the US military etc. etc....the obvious enthusiasm, the beaming smiles.American pride.. Bush really connects with the average American, and I just love seeing it.

Right on! The media hated Reagan and do not understand Bush (nor do they want to). They were in love with the Big He because he wasted so much time on pop culture and loved being the hip dude-- in other words, all sizzle and no steak. What nonsense! The Constitution you are referring to is probably the Constitution of the US although I'm not sure you know that. Did the Taliban use the US Constitution to determine which people they could stone to death? Or beat?

Just a question, what do you think would happen if you harbored a mass murderer and "world's most wanted man" on your property or in your home? The US was completely justified in their pursuit of Bin Laden in afganistan and their displacement of the barbaric regime that harbored him. By the way, the prosecution of this action was supported by the vast majority of the world community and received unanimous support from NATO. Now, put your helmet back on before you hurt yourself.
