I think this is bigger than Hitlary!
I think it is a message to the Demoncrates that they should perhaps call off the attacks they are trying to deliver via the GAO, the Enron hearings etc!
It should be on some of the lists:

They must believe that Hillary has big plans. This looks like a little preemptive insurance

This is all fine and dandy, but the more significant crimes committed by the previous administration relate to Abuse of Power, Campaign Finance Abuse, Dereliction of Duty, and, yes, TREASON...the DoJ needs to get humpin' on these crimes, including an IMMEDIATE INDICTMENT of DNC Chairman Terry "The PUNK" McAuliffe!!
Slyfox...would you be so kind as to post yer definitive list of Clinton Crimes, please?!

Sounds like Walker is a clinton appointee. He's only interested in persueing a non-existant Enron scandal. What does he say about Global Crossing??
To: Tumbleweed_Connection
Let's move Marc Rich to the front burner. Mary Jo White is beneath contempt.
To: Tumbleweed_Connection
This is of course newsmax BS of the highest order, thrown out to keep some of us on the right believing something will ever be done about the Clntonistas.
Nothing will be done. The Clintons and their accomplices have been issued full pardons.

The article the link points to on Newsmax is a year old.Check the date on the linked story.02-09-01.
So whats up with that?.
To: Tumbleweed_Connection
It's not clear whether the White House's newly aggressive attitude will translate into action in the office of the U.S. Attorney for New York's Southern District, which has been accused of footdragging in its probe into the Clinton Pardongate scandal. Of course it is. It's clear as a bell. This is designed to give the Bush-Bots faith that their idol really is going to do something, and re-affirm their faith. What MIGHT happen here is a few low-level staffers MIGHT end up getting charged with something like "destruction of gooberment equipment",and end up with probation. No way in HELL does this lead directly to either Bubba-1 or Buh-Bette!
On the other hand, selling pardons leads DIRECTLY towards the both of them, and no way in hell is Bubba Bush going to try to cross THAT stream. He is terrified of them.
To: Tumbleweed_Connection
Whatever. At best this will be an "official investigation" into the most pissant of the Clinton crimes which will ultimately result in virtually nothing in terms of a conviction -- while much more serious crimes continue to be buried.
Same MO as with Starr finding nothing but Lewinsky.

"The request for action on the Clinton vandalism charges prompted complaints from GAO chief David Walker, who told the News, "they want us to do more work than is even reasonable."".......and just what is it going to take to get this slimebag Walker out of this office?????????
To: Tumbleweed_Connection
GO GET THE CLINTONS AND PUT THEM IN JAIL WHERE THEY BELONG.
To: Tumbleweed_Connection
Do think Bush thought discretion WAS the better part of valor and chose to keep this disgusting aspect of 'Clintonism' quiet. . . Think he also imagined -mistakenly so - that as 'he moved forward'; the Dems would as well. . .Now he has to watch his back at every turn. . .

I don't blame em really they suck the GAO on Cheney.Atleast the republicans have learned political warfare... it is sick our country has come to this.
BTW-I haven't checked at this typing...Is the real article's title the same as this threads "bushies" termonology?
AND:DID HITLERY return all of the items she stole from our White House?
To: Tumbleweed_Connection
Looks to me as if the "Bushies" are killing three birds with one stone here...draw attn to Hillary's shoplifting, draw attn and energy away from GAO Enron's vendetta against Cheney, and finally--best of all--draw attn to Walker's Clinton roots and DNC partisanship.
Wise as a serpent, gentle as a dove. Kudos, Karl, you ole Niccolo, you!!
To: Tumbleweed_Connection
I believe most of the GAO office leadership are known Democrats and Clinton supporters. If so, this will go nowhere but to make the Republicans look bad. Beware, although I admit I would like to see the guilty punished, I am not hopeful.
To: Tumbleweed_Connection
Hmmmmm. I'm glad to hear this. Someone must have broken their word to Bush for this to happen...if it's even true.
