Free speech is not some kind of absolute. You are not free to libel or slander. You are not free to yell "Fire!" in a crowded theater. It used to be the same with pornography. For 200 years we lived quite well and successfully without the DNC, the ACLU, and the LP approving of the most degrading and vicious of pornography. To allege that the Founding Fathers fought and died for the allowance of pornography is ludicrous. But you applaud the efforts of 'fine journlaists' such as Larry Flynt?
