"come on guys, I got better responses and more support from more middle of the road boards than here so far..."

There's something congenitally pathetic about "our side", which manifests itself in things like a desire to avoid offending the other side, pitting Bob "Flaccid" Viagra-Dole against the ruthless Bill Clinton, and in general, taking the Marquis of Queensbury rules to a streetfight.

The left has no compunctions about doing whatever it takes to win, while we take body blow after body blow -- generally below the belt -- and try to strike a respectable pose.

Whenever you find two people in a fight, and one "fights fair" while the other doesn't, it doesn't take rocket science to predict the outcome.

So, they'll continue to wear us down in the courts, and we'll continue to avoid reciprocating, because "it wouldn't be fair, it wouldn't be cricket, old boy."

If the Country Club set ever loses its grasp of the GOP -- and if they're not replaced by "middle of the road" cum neoleftist operatives, then maybe there'll be some real hope of reversing -- or at least slowing down -- the erosion of all that the country used to stand for.

Could the class-action portion be funded by issuing "shares" in the suits? At $10 per share, (almost) anyone could be a "shareholder".

Part of the problem you may have in rounding up support, is that a lot of people are out of time, and out of money. They belong to one or more Pro-Rights groups, and are already maxed out in their giving.

Anyone who has ever bought retail priced ammo has been 'damaged' or 'deprived'.
