That's why I complimented you on your change of metaphors. Apt metaphors are an aid to conceptual thinking. and since it is my honestly held belief that even convinced authoritarians are occasionally open to reason, I seek to constantly encourage a more elevated prose style on whichever threads I participate.

Remarking on infelicitous metaphors is one of my chosen intellectual vectors. ;^)
