That's funny, there is such a thing as hospital-grade cocaine.

Crack is hospital grade cocaine, available at your local pharmacy? Comes with a free pipe?

You are aware that crack is just a derivitave of cocaine, right?

And vodka is a derivative of potatoes.

It's simple. He is not honest with himself, or anyone here.

Adverse side effects is a euphemism for the fact it's a very strong laxative. So what? I was glad to consult with a doctor the first time I needed it, just in order to confirm my self-diagnosis. I don't see why I should be required to by law to do so. Either at that time or at the time of the attack I mentioned.

I don't suppose it would do any good to inquire as to your point. Cocaine is a medicine, that is sometimes used in hospitals (one step further restricted than prescription medications sold in pharmacies).

I've come to the conclusion that any attempt at honest debate with you is an exercise in time-wasting. And so, I'll just let you run along down the thread without me now, waving your straw-libertarian in one hand and your crack pipe in the other. You have a great day.

A requirement to get government permission to do things is good because........?????

Please be specific. Also cite the Constitutional authority for your answer.

Glad you appear to agree that dangerous drugs should remain illegal.

Let me rephrase for the mentally-challenged: "A requirement to get government permission for things is constitutional how?????" Please cite the actual article and section that justifies your response.

Unparalleled liberty and prosperity have been achieved under the protections our American systems of government have provided. By contrast, nothing has been achieved within Libertarianism save for the generation of spam.

Unparalleled liberty and prosperity have been achieved under the protections our American systems of government have provided.

The movement to impose socialism on America began in the 1930's and is slowly (albeit at a quickening pace) eroding the "unparalleled liberty" that our republican system of government originally guaranteed under the Constitution. And at the vanguard of liberty's destruction is the federal component of the War on Drugs, ostensibly being waged (against American citizens) to build that "heaven on earth" utopia of a "drug-free America".

And hypocritical ostriches like you and your Holy Drug Warrior brethren that post on this site are content to simply fly in the face of logic, with your collective heads planted firmly in the sand, ignoring all the facts and realities related to the Drug War's destruction of American liberties. But here's a word of warning to you fools: they may come for the dopers first, but all of you that are gun owners are going to be next. You can count on it. And like the good little law-abiding sheeple that you are, you'll gladly surrender your now-illegal weapons. You'll do it "for the children"!!

Cultists are like that.

There are none as blind as those who refuse to see.

Learn to love your cult-leader -- Big Brother -- not doing so may be very dangerous in the brave new unapproved-drug-free world of your future.

Hmmm, I guess I'm now the recipient of a trademarked Roscoe "Drivel McNugget". How rich.

BTW, it was tpaine who first called you and your fellow Holy Drug Warriors "cultists" on this thread. Try something a bit more original for your next flame-broiled Drivel McNugget.

Spoiled Ingrates???Yes most definately!

Filthy plebes! When will they learn? You shall not question your patricians! Indolent and seditious lot that...always mewling about their rights. "The regulations are onerous". "The taxes are oppressive". "The legions and majistrates are abusive". "The basic document of rights has been discarded". PIFFLE! Double their work and decrease thier ration I say.

There is a tremendous variety of medications freely available over the counter or through prescriptions. Having a tantrum because crack and heroin aren't included smacks of a cultic obsession.

You'll do it "for the children"!!

So because socialists try to use our own morality against us, conservatives must not champion the rights of anyone, especially children? If so, then Hillary has done an excellent job in thwarting civil rights, indeed, and she must be thanking the Libertarian Party for their help.

Which totally ignores the question, as you well know. Further, unparalleled breaches of the Bill of Rights have ocurred due directly to the War on (some) Drugs. Now, CAN THIS WAR ON AMERICANS BE MADE TO CONFORM TO THE BILL OF RIGHTS? YES OR NO??????
