"Hey, you just lay off me and TPain"

Yep, could be 'ironic commentary' a confused young afhole from the old yahoo antifreeper sites.
Poor sick clown didn't even have a box for his mental rocks. Wrote & reasoned just like you, if memory serves.

I'm looking for a Constitutional power to regulate the growing and subsequent use of marijuana

Start a marijuana thread.

Oh? Thread is full of posts claiming that it is "unconstitutional" to prohibit anything.

As elmer fudd correctly stated, only by passing a constitutional amendment can the federal government ban narcotics, as they were required to do with alcohol. In the absence of such an amendment, can you explain how the federal government can constitutionally prohibit a citizen from growing "unapproved" plants in his own home?

OK. Don't buy it. I care not a whit.

Sell it and go to prison. I'm not stopping you.

Two centuries of building the greatest, most free and prosperous nation in history abandoned in favor of the unsubstatiated ravings of America hating zealots promoting Constitutional revisionism?

Until the temperance movement, we would not have dreamed of trying to regulate what people put in their mouths, and, in fact, lead the world into the industrial revolution to become the richest country the world had ever seen--all before we thought of the idea of prohibition. Drug usage was routinely accepted without any concern until quite recently, when communist-inspired ideas about controlling people as if they were valuable cattle being primed for market carried the day. So who are the revisionists here?

Take it to a court of law. ("Common law" courts in trailer parks don't count.) That should be amusing.

Ignoring the rest of the post? Go ahead, click and answer the question if you can. You'd get a LOT of posters over to your way of thinking if you could provide an answer to the question I've asked about 6-8 times so far. Are you AFRAID of the answer you KNOW you'd have to give if you were honest???? Surely you aren't one of those chickensh!t cowards are you? Hiding behind your anonimity and quaking in your jackboots at the thought of having to go out and EARN a living instead of beating it out of your victims? Is THAT it? Come on, Roscoe, give it a try.

Start a marijuana thread.

Dodge #3. You cannot justify the regulation because the Constitution does not support it.

The sale of untaxed whiskey was prohibited during George Washington's presidency.

True. The Sugar Bowl is boring my socks off - this is the best free entertainment out there.
