Hey, you kind of did a reverse stance there didn't ya?

No.

I mean one minute you are all social values.. the next you are "no force, no fraud"

It is not my fault that you don't bother to read with your highbeams on. There is no conflict necessitated between being concerned about social values and restricting the government to enforcing laws against force or fraud.

What you are selling here is a particularly personally rude attempt to try to paint me as an anarchist or an antisocial nihilist because I am supposedly a libertarian. I only wish to defend the arguments I have presented--I do not wish to defend arguments you think I should be making. Particularly given your simplistic vague understanding of the issues here. If you want my continued attention, learn better manners, and make fewer rude, unwarranted presumptions.

So? Show us the hole, you dolt. Punch away.

Why can't I make your wife a prostitute, or screw a goat in front of your kids, or sell them drugs? What are you gonna do TPaine? Pass a Law?

Good grief, you ARE as dumb as a box of rocks. This is your 'hole' card?

Why can't I make your wife a prostitute,

-- Try to make my wife do anything, and you are a violent felon. Soon to be a dead felon, if I catch you in the act.

or screw a goat in front of your kids,

-- Ditto. -- Your sick sexual acts would, imo, harm my kids.

or sell them drugs?

Ditto again, in spades.

What are you gonna do TPaine? Pass a Law?

-- Don't need to, dumbo. --- I am perfectly happy with the constitutional criminal laws that have existed since the founding of the republic, - that protect my family from creeps like you, & your sicko acts.

Whatta weirdo. You dug quite a hole. Two bits you can't get out.

------ How cowardly. -- you won't or can't even respond? -- Whatta man.

Yes, that seems to be the case. I'd be quite interested in his answer to your question as well.

Roscoe, old drug warrior, I am trying to RESTORE the CONSTITUTION that YOU want to wipe your ass with. So can you stop obfuscating enough to answer the question or are you afraid of what you might have to say? Come on, don't be scared. Once you start telling the truth, it'll be ALL better! You can even stop lying to yourself!

Keep pressing them with the questions they refuse to answer. Lurkers notice. How about this one:

What gives the fed power to regulate the use of marijuana grown by a citizen on their property?

Breaking and entering would be a crime under a libertarian government

How would ownership be established? Who would enforce it? Vigilantes? Mercenaries? Street gangs? Hired thugs? The most heavily armed?

I oppose "database" systems in general Mr. Zon..

Driver license databases, FBI database, FreeRepublic database or just databases that expose politicians that violate their oath of office and constitution which is their abuse of the citizens?

I oppose them because of the potential for expansion and abuse.

Almost every thing has the potential for expansion and abuse. Just look at the government. Talk about huge waste and abuse. Your answer, IMO, is your attempt to avoid acknowledging the validity and tremendous benefit of an ostracism database to honest law-abiding citizens.

Yes, politicians can't be trusted that's why we have a constitution and Bill of Rights. The ostracism database would be transparent. Sort of like how this forum is transparent. Several Freepers are able to accurately identify unconstitutional laws, violations of the Bill of Rights, government abuse of citizens and politicians and bureaucrats that violate their oath of office.

Based on fully integrated honesty and wide-scope accounting any valid error would be corrected upon the identification of the error. Frankly, the ostracism matrix database is a business venture and not controlled by the government that can't be trusted.

I even promised my wholehearted support if he can do it! However, the odds don't favor it happening.

Read the thread. Even a prohibition on interstate crack sales would be an unacceptable infringement of our Constitution, once they had rewritten it of course.

Department of Justice. How many times are we going to go through this before you go back and attempt to answer the rebuttal cogently?

Well, perhaps this is a conversation you and your wife should not be airing on FR.

And I am sorry if the "bessie" comments offended you. (or any member of your family)

However, a "pure" Libertarian society will become immoral and corrupt.

Just like the NRST, once you put a hole in it.. it's just a matter of time before it fails altogether..

You know, it's Ironic that it would take a world of CJ's and Kevins to meke you dream a reasible reality..

The Department of Justice. Unguided by statute or the laws enacted by our elected representatives, of course. Dispensing ad hoc applications of a ill-defined, contradictory philosophy through the administration of zealots like you see in this thread. Think Soviet show trials.

Yes, that would be terrible. You'd end up with stuff like citizens having their property seized without being convicted or even charged with a crime. Oh wait, that's what we have today.
