I agree with you. This article is an example of hoop jumping, and liberal caveate. The odds of some gangster school kid finishing highschool at age 16, learning the details of five to ten languages and cultures and then infiltrating the enemy of the American state are very low. If you want to send a message to some dumbass terrorist school kids go after dumbass terrorist school kids. To be John Walker you have to be good at what you do!

Liberals think we are one big happy collective and if there's a failure, why, another government program can fix it.
