We are the proud owners of a 14 week old lab(yellow) as of sunday.He is absolutely awesome.Great attitude and very low key.My wife and I did not tell the kids until we got to the breeders house why we were there.We had been there a few days earlier to meet him and interview the breeder.What was really impressive was the way we got interviewed by her.We did not want him getting tossed in with the presents on Christmas day so we opted for a few weeks earlier.If your NOT ready for a dog,I would advise freepers not to get one.We have been ready for a while and we pulled the trigger at the right time.I couldn't imagine our little "Hoover" in a house being neglected.Training is very important also.READ up if you taking the plunge and see how much work is involved.
