Off the top of my head I see three debut albums that should have been mentioned: Dire Straits, The Cars, & Aerosmith. (The later Aerosmith albums don't come close to their first album in energy and variety.) Also, no Bowie or Mott?! How about Lou Reed's live Rock and Roll Animal? I've got it: J. Giels Full House Live. Come on now, Whammer Jammer rules. Oy. Don't get me started.
