JR: Make note of the fact that someone who (supposedly) (I frankly doubt it) will be hitting you with a lawsuit is in fact posting over here in full violation of your order banning them from trespassing on your electronic property. They have admitted to being an individual who has been banned from posting here. I imagine a countersuit is in order here -- should the utterly improbable occur.

also made lots of bitter enemies I don't have to tell you, but the liberals number one agenda is to control the hearts and minds of everyone (along with just about everything else).
If this is your goal, the first thing on your to-do list is to control the information flow and silence dissent.
They darn well may have succeeded if not for people like Rush, yourself, and, as of late, the people at FOX.
They will try to bankrupt you, try to get your ISP to drop you, sue you, call you names, and probably accuse you of stealing their dog.
If none of this works, they will just try to irritate you to death.
You are not alone, just ask any well known conservative figure.

So someone is on state time, using state property, to harass a political web site, in full violation of many laws and regulations, not the least of which is the Hatch Act????

So many hundreds of intrepid Freepers made polite inquiries to the state authorities, and the individual in question was, in fact, NOT authorized to be harassing a political site or group on state time and using state equipment. This individual was termininated, in full accordance with the laws and regulations of that state, and the state authorities issued a genuine and sincere apology for the harassment.
