Andrew Sullivan endorses book: "The Skeptical Environmentalist"

LOL! OK. I see you haven't been innoculated yet this year, so you're evidently not even gonna TRY to discuss the point.[Egads! As though Soccer Moms' with their overworked hubby & 2.5 children aren't positively flaming about THEIR heterosexuality when they make their political & ideological assessments? Come on!We ALL are!] You know, I keep remembering something a very, very wise man once said when he was asked, when he was campaigning to become the 40th president of the United States, how he felt about receiving so much (surprising, for a conservative) political support from gay voters.To paraphrase him (I don't have time to look up the actual quote), he said: "I don't have to believe in what they stand for, just so long as they believe in what I stand for." In other words, if we're ever gonna turn the corner & find our way out of the woods as a nation, particularly now that we're under attack,we're gonna need EVERYBODY in the trenches with us who's courageous enough to want to be there. All I can say is, I am damn glad Andrew Sullivan is on our side of the Maginot, that's all.(Now go see about getting that booster shot, why dontcha, PGOP?)

I have stayed on the point and it is a very simple one. Homosexuals let their sexual preference define them practically to the exclusion of all other issues. I stated that I thought the reason for this was because they want acceptance of their lifestyle.

Just for the record, kindly tell me what you think the point is?

Explain how Soccer Moms heterosexuality defines their politics? For the record, I will make my point yet again. I believe Homosexuals, for the most part, vote Democrat because they are homosexual. Any belief in issues such as a limited federal government, more individual responsibilities, a belief in the 2nd Amendment, an emphasis on personal responsibility, etc. are secondary to their sexuality.

So please tell me how we all are "flaming" when we make our "political & ideological assessments"?
