"...we must stop meeting like this!"

Why?
For Heaven's sake you don't want my wife getting POed at'cha now, do ya?

Her beauty sleep depends on & is in direct proportion to the level of my distraction.

Besides, if it *bugs* Mercruiser, how bad can it be?
That woman leads too easy a life & could use some irritation. ;^)

My excuse?

I'm a cranky old maid on the West Coast with a dwindling pack of cigarettes at shortly after 9 on a Saturday night pondering the thought of being A Certain Age before too very long and trying to avoid the fact by puttering around on-line.

So don't go whining to me about YOUR torments, bud. LOL!!!

Read post #39 and thank you ALOHA RONNIE for the ping. I was thinking of Elian on Thanksgiving and wishing he was here in America to spend Thanksgiving and play and grow up.

Me too!

Hope you had a good Thanksgiving, too, ChaseR.

IMHO, if the Clinton scumbags did destroy all the tell-tale evidence of the Chinagate scandal and bush/Ashcroft knew about it, why aren't they saying anything about it? I really want to know why Bush didn't kick out all the Clinton cronies who were still in place after Bush took over the White House. These people are not civil servants, serving the government and the people, they are there only to serve Clinton. Bush should have asked them for their resignations within x # of days, otherwise be fired. Clinton didn't even ask for resignations, he just fired everyone in an unprecedented manner.

Bush/Ashcroft haven't shown the slightest inclination of bringing the Clinton crime-family to justice. Makes me sick.

The link works for ME...I can hear it! (And with dial-up, even!)

I tried to record, but the batteries in my tape recorder died.

"I'm a cranky old maid on the West Coast..."

...by choice.
& *old*?
Gezzz...I dunno 'bout that, Mercruiser.
You looked pretty *fresh* to me in any of the pics you've posted.
Methinks you might actually be a *tad* harsh with yourself... ~yea.
Very uncharacteristic for a Saggitarian to mope about like this.
Assuming you ever bought-into the entertainment value of all that baloney?

"...with a dwindling pack of cigarettes at shortly after 9 on a Saturday night pondering the thought of being A Certain Age before too very long..."

Lamenting advancing age will get you no where.
But about those cigarettes?
Keep it up & they'll stunt your growth.
While if you were to quit?
~Ya get *fat*; fast.
Those, my dear, are your choices to ponder for now.
As for pondering age which comes at leisure?
~Sounds really silly.
...& pondering it alone, if you must, is definetly what's behind the crankiness. Don'tcha know?

"...and trying to avoid *the* fact by puttering around on-line."

Well, since the *the* part's interchangeable in the context of my talking with myself here?
I can relate.
I can really relate.
Even so, you have to admit it could always be worse; you could be doing all this pondering business let's say, in Sheboygan?

{btw; saw a group perform live last night who're from your neck of the woods; The Fabulous Thunderbirds. ~ever hear of these guys, LAWoman? hmmm?}

The questions in your post #126 are right on mark. I don't know why these Clinton holdovers where allowed to stay on job - and I wonder how many of these scumbag Clinton cronies are still at work??

"Bush/Ashcroft haven't shown the slightest inclination of bringing the Clinton crime-family to justice. Makes me sick."

This too bothers me. It is possible - that since Bush has become President - he has seen the real Chinagate evidence - but is worried that if the Clinton-Gore Chinagate Scandal made it to trail - or even to depositions -
the facts revealed - might Scare the Hell out of the whole country!

So, in the meantime, we'll have to rely on this Loral Shareholders case. (however, like LoneGreenEyeShade has has just stated, perhaps the SEC will find it necessary to bring all of this espionage to light)

I used 1,385 telephones....very busy, lucky to get through.

Are those the ones in JW's office? The ones the telemarketers use for fundraising?

Thanks BWGD. Now we can all look forward to this devastating case going to depositions and on to trail! And of course, in the meantime, this thread and the coming Loral threads - will be in the FR Latest Posts - Constantly/Daily/at all hours! - week after week, month after month.
(secondarily, as more and more new lurkers over the coming months find these latest Loral threads - and read the actual Loral case - they'll mention the case and mention FR to others and slowly but surely, more of the country will hear about this case; they'll become more informed about Chinagate, and hopefully, with all of this taking place -there won't be another Democratic President ....for decades to come!)

(Sean Hannity and Rush Limbaugh, isn't it now time again to spotlight the Chinagate Scandal!)

Don't vexatious litigants have to post a bond before filing, much less refiling? How much was it?

How much was it? I don't know. But whatever the cost for refiling, it was worth it. The Rule of Law must prevail.
