The Fifth Amendment protects the individual from having his life taken by the State without due process of law, it has nothing to do with abortion.

Ron Paul is a congressional clown who voted against the ban on partial birth abortion. He's no friend of the unborn and no friend of America.

Yeah, on the abortion matter it always comes down to one argument for them. "I personally wouldn't have an abortion, but I wouldn't tell another what to do with their body." Of course, 150 years ago, LibtheGOP would have been standing in Georgia saying the same thing: "I personally wouldn't hang a black man from the tree, but I wouldn't tell another what to do with their property."

I didn't ask about the 5th amendment. I asked if there is any protection for life in our founding documents. But, never mind, I know your answer - I've heard it all before.
