From those of us who served at one time or another, in various places around the planet, to those who served but aren't here today to read this thread, to play with their baby or grandbaby, to curse the latest affront(s) to our freedom, to play a round of golf or listen to a great CD.................to those who've gone Home:
Here's to ya, guys and gals. Hoisting one in your name, telling y'all "Thanks" from the bottom of our hearts..............and we miss you.
To: Billie; Snow Bunny
Wow,.. you guys are just awesome!!! How'd us Vets get so lucky?? God Bless you both. We haven't felt the kind of gratitude that you guys "afford" us ever.... You've brought tears to many a Vets eyes today,..
We talked about this, and you both probably don't know it,. but you could be considered the "Ultimate Vet Healers"... (((((Billie and Snow Bunny)))))) Thank YOU!! Your love is palpable.
To: Billie; Snow Bunny
Thanks. I have made it a habit to bump in and out of this thread on a frequent basis. Might have to email a photo of my ugly mug to logos or someone that can post it. After wearing a uniform for 25 years I appreciate all you have done.

Let's not forget our ex-commander in chief who tried to invoke his "military" status to avoid adjudication of his criminal behavior viv a vis Paula Jones et al.
I say acknowledge his veteran's status, then charge him under the UCMJ for his treason. We then hang him from old Ironsides yard arm!!!:-)(After we keel haul his *ss!)

Thank you for sharing about yourself. It means a lot to know our veterans and you better.
Thank you again.
To: Billie; Snow Bunny
Billie, I am having trouble to type this as I need to use my eyes to hunt and peck but these tears makee it very difficlut.
The past two days you two have really done your absolute best to pay tribute to the Marines for our birthday yesterday and ALL the veterans today!
I wish I could write more, but I am physically and emotionally drained, and I have to be ready for the parade tomorrow!
I thank you from the bottom of my heart, and I salute you both as fine patriots!

Norb

Thanks, annie - I like your new word. :^) I was so afraid I wasn't going to get this posted after all the work I put into it and all the times I tried this morning to get it to post. Thank goodness for JimRob for posting it for me. And I'm so glad I asked Bunny to add her beautiful words - a perfect way to end the tribute. :^)
