He's not a Christian, he's a Catholic. Catholics are Christains, the first Christians, you heretical bigot.

They are grounded in the Lord instead of Mary. I just can't believe the sheer stupidity of some people...no Catholic is "grounded" in Mary. Grow up, you knuckle dragging creep.

Nice to see that the "Christian" wing of the Taliban is checking in. Nice to see that the "Christian" wing of the Taliban is checking in.
Ok, come on now, I am not sure that he is a Taliban "Christian" to me he sounds more like a Wahabi-wing "Christian"

I get so sick and tired of the Catholic bashing here. It really embarrasses me that such intellectual non-entities share my conservative opinions. I really hate being associated with people like that. I earlier referred to the as the "Christian" wing of the Taliban and I meant it.

... Wahabi-wing "Christian" A fine distinction, but I think you're closer to being correct. Thanks.

I share you opinion on the Catholic bashing bigots, I just wanted to say that the Wahabbi cult, a splinter group of Islam, is to Islam as this bigot is to Catholicism and Christianity.
I have no argument with you, I totally agreee with you. A little research into Wahabbi would show that it is the form of Christianity that this bigot preaches, a total cleansing of outside influences.

A fine distinction, but I think you're closer to being correct. Thanks It is a fine description, lets quit splitting hairs and just say we are both right.

once you take the bible seriously and pray through CHRIST, and not blaspheme by praying through some saint your church decided to appoint or Mary, I will be able to say that you do have the foundation in Christ. Since you use others for some prayer, I don't care how little, it indicates no sole foundation in the Lord. Sorry, but co-mediatrix (it is late and I probably misspelled that), does not fit as okay with me.
This is all I have to say about this. This is not a Protestant vs. Catholic thread and I don't want it to turn into that. Have a good night. Think on these things.

I think that you and I were posting #63 and #64 at the same time...my post #64 was just a general comment, not a response to your post #63. Post #65 was my response... in agreement to #63. Confused yet? :-)
Sleep well.

Funny, I don't remember any protestants who wrote the Bible in the 4th Century. Oh yeah, that's right. There weren't any!

I'm praying to the Lord, not you and certainly not for your approval. I will be judged by the Lord and will accept no judgement from the self righteous.

Have you ever asked another human (living or dead) to pray for you or for a loved one, if so you are as guilty as you claim Catholic are...

Actually, I vaguely remember that particular show. It was in this context: ("when I was young and in college, I, like most kids, was left-wing and believed the government should take care of people and didn't worry about the loss of freedom that entails. As I grew older, I became more libertarian.") He has always used the term 'libertarian' on Rush and in articles to talk about the process in which he became a conservative. In other words, using 'libertarian' to talk in terms of non-governmental, not LIBERTARIAN as in (fiscal consevative, moral liberal). If you oppose campaign finance reform that is often reffered to as libertarian stance, because the people who do argue that you sacrifice freedom and that there are non-government reforms that can be used. He has always referred to himself as a conservative and has written alot about his belief in what he calls 'traditional values'. But, that's just haggling over similarities.

Tony's A-OK. He's the "fair" part of the FOX News "fair unbalanced" spin-jingle... So I guess that leaves Brit as the "unbalanced" part, as in way out in right field. Tony's pretty centrist and I'm comfortable in that moderate zone.

Even in his "liberal moments" Tony is better than all the Peter's, Tom's, Dan's and CNN commies.

Did you know that Tony Snow is a Freeper?
Like you, many Freepers have been critical of him in the past, and he has been kind enough to respond on threads like this one.

Are you trying to sell that 'Fox News is biased' crap? If so, take a hike. The question that I had was whether he was portraying a fair and balanced reporter his television network or if he has switched ideologies.

Hmmm, you seem to be very judgemental. That doesn't seem very Christian of you. You are the judge of Christ and who has Christ in them? Sounds like blasphemy to me.
