Oh, I am SO happy to read this. Can you imagine the purple rage that must have erupted after that phone call? To have not only been told no by a "mere mayor," but also to have no choice but to obey? Ohhhhh that's yummy. I'm not sure if I still have this issue (I may have thrown it out) but if I still have it, I'll definitely bring it along to the next happy hour as well, along with the current issue.
