I am beginning to think Osama doesn't have anything in retaliation planned of any sort of consequence....probably nothing at all. Unless you saw something truly suspicious, I wouldn't report it....just some drips on the ground from a vehicle isn't enough. The white powder deal is a bit suspicious, so perhaps you should report that. But only that part of the story.

I think you should do some investigating of your own on this man at least. I bet you could look up his license number on some of these websites that do that kind of thing. Who knows, you may find something that the police are not.
