Bravo!! What a great post! Very,very well written, and lots of great pictures. I can't help but be overwhelmed by how blessed we are to have this man as President and this woman as First Lady. And our children are indeed blessed to be able to witness this loving marriage. Now maybe people will say, "Well, if the Bushes can make it, we can." When you think about everything they've been through, and have been through it in the public eye, you really understand that their love and commitment is real and deep.
Thank you for putting this together, ohioWfan; it is inspiring, uplifting, and instructing. I pray others will finally have the veil lifted from their eyes, and see what honest, good, decent people these two are.

I really believe that people will be inspired to work harder to make their marriages work because of the example of George and Laura Bush. There are so few examples of people who have worked through things in their marriages, and come out stronger for it, that having these two so clearly exemplify that it does happen has got to be an inspiration to younger couples, and older alike!
Besides, they are SO ROMANTIC and SO CUTE!!!!!! :o)
