I saw a thread last night about Israeli air space being shut down to allow US military transports into Jordan. The article claimed C-17's were flowing into Jordan but they showed a picture of a C-5 according to all on the thread. It was posted from that site that a lot of people do not believe.

If W said that to perez, it would be a green light.
I, for one, would much rather worry about ONE area of the world at a time...
Just what we need at the moment: wars happening all across the eastern crescent. Thanks a lot Israel. This will really help OUR military. After all, what is a friend for, anyway?

IN relation to this, I have done a very basic check, and it does appear that Isreal has shut down it's domestic airspace. El-Al has a daily flight between Tel-Aviv and Eilat, which flies every single day. But checking on their site, as well as Expedia, there are now no flights scheduled for the next three days. Yet there are flights for every single day following that, as is the norm.

Well, you can get further information on this from "the Debka source". To see the anti-Semitic anti-Debkas and their "foaming at the mouth" about this development and turn of events -- take a look at --

I think your characterization of most of us DEBKA nonbelievers is disgusting. DEBKA is a notoriously unreliable source of information. They tend to take one fact and use it to conjure a story.

BTW, how's that Iraqi invasion of Amman fruit stands and construction sites going?

It was posted from that site that a lot of people do not believe.

Only the anti-Semitic anti-Debkas and their "foaming at the mouth" posts -- that's all. They are so vehement it causes their "agenda" to show through -- which is to keep people from getting the real information about what is going on.

They go on the Joseph Goebbels principles (Hitler's propaganda minister) -- that if you scream it loud enough, long enough and make the lie big enough, then you can get the gullible to believe it. They're screaming in regards to their bias against that site -- and not anything that is true. It's the very same group who chase around all threads with Debka. There is not a large group of people who say that -- just the small group of "foaming-at-the-mouth" posters.

Mark the site for your own use later on -- Debka...

To paraphrase what someone on that thread mentioned, Miss Cleo is a fountain of certitude when compared with DEBKA.

"ONE area of the world at a time"

Yeah, but I believe its inevitable.
Consider: We're not dealing with civilized people here; The Arab world begins teaching their children HATE before they're five years old.
A war against terrorism would have to go on for GENERATIONS in order to eliminate terrorism, because there'd always be somebody to replace the leaders who've been killed, unless there's a fundamental change in Islam.

Washington warned Lebanon not to allow the situation to escalate along its southern border with Israel. President George W. Bush yesterday told Foreign Minister Shimon Peres he defines Hizbullah as a terrorist group of "global reach."

The U.S. also appears to be directly helping Israel -- by flying in supplies.

The last time I checked in the mirror, no spittle dripped from my lips.

Anyhow, in the real world. The Syrian cowards must be denuded of their expensive air force, again. Also, if Sharon really wants to end the terror from the north, the IDF must not only hit the military targets of Hizbulluh, but crush its civil structure. As in 1982 with Fatah, Hizbulluh is a statelet within Lebanon. In order for any attack to succeed, its entire infrastructure must be smashed.

Nothing less. It must be done.

Almost as disgusting as the foam dripping off their lips, eh?

Have a hard time reconciling several news sources showing a developing story, huh (hint..., like this one...)?

"Israel is preparing to attack Syrian military positions and installations in Lebanon, according to the US ambassador in Beirut"

Every nation facing the terrorism must take action now. It's time to get rid of terrorism.

Israel is doing the right thing. If it waits for USA to do the job then nothing will be done. As USA is fighting their own war.

Every nation has to fight their own war.

Agree. I only hope they have some accidental misfiring of some large missiles that find their way to Damascus. Somebody needs to send Mr. Ass-ad and. Mr. Mubarak a message. Looks like we aren't gonna do it, so once again it is up to Israel.

This very well could be the start of "Jacob's Trouble".

When I first read your comment, my initial thought was that 'the beginning' was on 911. Then I got an idea...

I opened my Tanakh program and ran a gematria search for the value "911". It came back with three words. The first one being:

07225 re'shiyth {ray-sheeth'}
from the same as 07218; TWOT - 2097e; n f
AV - beginning 18, firstfruits 11, first 9, chief 8, misc 5; 51

1) first, beginning, best, chief
1a) beginning
1b) first
1c) chief
1d) choice part

As in Gen 1:1, "In the beginning" (bereshiyt). The first/next occurance of the word by itself (no attached preposition as Gen 1:1), is here:

Genesis 10:10 And the beginning (reshiyt) of his kingdom was Babel, and Erech, and Accad, and Calneh, in the land of Shinar.

The other words are:

07611 sh@'eriyth {sheh-ay-reeth'}
from 07604; TWOT - 2307b; n f
AV - remnant 44, residue 13, rest 3, remainder 2, escaped 1, misc 3; 66

1) rest, residue, remainder, remnant
1a) rest, what is left
1b) remainder, descendants

And this one, with the article 'the' (ha-tola'at):

08438 towla` {to-law'} and (fem) towle`ah {to-lay-aw'} or
towla`ath {to-lah'-ath}; or tola`ath {to-lah'-ath}

from 03216; TWOT - 2516b; n m

AV - scarlet 34, worm 8, crimson 1; 43

1) worm, scarlet stuff, crimson
1a) worm - the female 'coccus ilicis'
1b) scarlet stuff, crimson, scarlet
1b1) the dye made from the dried body of the female of the
worm "coccus ilicis"
2) worm, maggot
2a) worm, grub
2b) the worm "coccus ilicis"
++++
When the female of the scarlet worm species was ready to give
birth to her young, she would attach her body to the trunk of
a tree, fixing herself so firmly and permanently that she would
never leave again. The eggs deposited beneath her body were
thus protected until the larvae were hatched and able to enter
their own life cycle. As the mother died, the crimson fluid
stained her body and the surrounding wood. From the dead bodies
of such female scarlet worms, the commercial scarlet dyes of
antiquity were extracted.
What a picture this gives of Christ, dying on the tree,
shedding His precious blood that He might "bring many sons unto
glory" (Heb. 2:10)! He died for us, that we might live through
Him!
Ps. 22:6 describes such a worm and gives us this picture of
Christ. (cf. Isa 1:18)
(from page 73, "Biblical Basis for Modern Science", 1985,
Baker Book House, by Henry Morris)

[Note: usually when translated "scarlet", the word tola'at/towlah is paired with "sh'ni". Tola'at alone is generally "worm". However, all occurrances of ha-tola'at (911) are in the scarlet context. Lev 14:6, 51, 52]

FWIW

Flying in supplies - maybe, or is it pre-positioning supplies for US forces.

Seeing that the so called coalition is in name only - Saudis won't allow use of US built air command centre etc. and if there is an attack on Iraq then Israel or Jordan is good jump off point for land based ops.

US already has a lot of pre-positioned stuff in Israel plus guaranteed use of air facilities.
