Where have you been?. He was there as well and was booed by at least 50% of the audience until he began talking about firefighters and then the audience began clapping. Naturally the egotist he thought it was for him. we're all to see a replay on FR.

Bill was there. He introduced James Taylor.

As for dope promotion... outside the Stones and maybe Jay-z, there weren't too many acts you'd really associate with heavy drug use.

further info on the two CD set is located at colubiarecords.com

CONCERT FOR NEW YORK CITY "The Concert For New York City" at Madison Square Garden on Saturday night will be telecast live without commercials on VH1 and Canada's MuchMoreMusic. It will also be broadcast on the VH1 Radio Network and Westwood One. The sold-out concert, featuring Billy Joel, Marc Anthony, Five For Fighting, James Taylor and John Mellencamp, among others, will air from 7pm to midnight Eastern time. A one-hour pre-show, including a taped interview with Mellencamp, will air just before the event. A VH1 executive told the New York Daily News that the concert will "most likely" only air once on television.

Highlights from the concert will soon be released on a double CD, with most proceeds going to charity. Proceeds from the concert will go to the Robin Hood Relief Fund for distribution to charities helping victims' families, heroic rescue workers, and others economically impacted by the tragedy.

The support for unity across party lines that the crowd showed Senate Majority Leader Tom Daschle didn't extend to New York Senator Hillary Clinton, who was loudly booed when she came to the microphone.

Daschle was great. Hillary was a 54 year old witch and when booed never showed her face again. She is finished here in NY.

VH1's web site has an announcement that says if you missed the show, they are going to re-air it at 3pm est..........

At approximately what time in the program does the Hillary and Gere events take place?

I've resolved the audio issues with video recording on my pc, and I'm hoping to make both those clips available for net access later today.

at 3 hour in it gets interesting, right after the Who, First, Susan Sarandon receives boos when she mentions Mark Green at +3:20 and then Hillary at about +3:35 into it.

I'm listening to a replay right now from VH1's media player source. It doesn't seem as if you can select the time slot you want

Here's where I found it thanks to your link
